Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.

Dr Helen graduated as a medical doctor from the university of Leeds medical school in 1997.

She completed basic training posts in medicine and surgery and then paediatrics, gaining a Diploma in Child Health before specialising in child mental health.

Dr Helen worked in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services in Yorkshire and Oxford before qualifying as a consultant. She has worked in an NHS out patient clinic and in adolescent inpatient services at consultant level. 

She has a special interest in children and young people with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. She also has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing Autism & ADHD.

Alex is married to Dr Helen, and has spent his career in business. Alex holds a degree in Philosophy & Social Science, and various business & financial qualifications.

Alex is a registered Civil and Commercial Mediator

He is also an ordained minister of religion and has spent the last ten years caring for bereaved families

Behaviour Management Practitioner

Debbie has 15 years of experience as a qualified social worker in a Children With a Disability team. She then studied behaviour management and moved to working in CAMHS supporting families of children and young people with autism and intellectual disability.

Debbie’s expertise is in supporting families to find solutions in their day to day lives together.
